StatCounter’s statistics report Firefox version 3.5 had 21.71%, and Internet Explorer had 21.37% of global market share for this short two-week time period. Not much of a lead, but it is a lead!

Overall, Internet Explorer versions are still beating Firefox by a considerable margin. However, Firefox and Chrome are gaining market share as time marches on.
